Everything you need to know about FanWake — how it works, what it can do, and how your data is handled.

General

FanWake is built exclusively for Fanvue. Support for Fansly and OnlyFans is on the roadmap.

FanWake uses the official Fanvue API with OAuth authorization. You click Connect in the FanWake dashboard, log in through Fanvue's own screen, and grant access. Your Fanvue password is never shared with FanWake. The whole process takes under two minutes.

Most creators are live in under 10 minutes. Connecting your Fanvue account takes 2 minutes. The Persona Builder — where you define your character's name, backstory, tone, and Q&A training — takes another 5–8 minutes. The AI starts replying to fans as soon as you turn on Autopilot.

Fan Memory is a persistent profile FanWake builds for every fan. It records their name, interests, preferences, and things they've shared over time — automatically, from normal conversation. The AI references this in every reply so it never asks the same question twice. You can view and edit any fan's memory from the fan list at any time.

Yes. FanWake runs on its own servers, 24 hours a day. Closing your browser or switching off your phone has no effect on the autopilot. Replies go out whether you're awake, asleep, or in a different time zone.

AI & Persona

No. The AI runs on your full persona — tone, backstory, Q&A training, emoji style — and reads up to 50 previous messages before every reply. It adapts to how each fan writes, mirrors their energy, and never produces generic responses. It also keeps the relationship on-platform: it never suggests meeting in person, swapping contacts outside Fanvue, or taking things elsewhere.

The Persona Builder walks you through six layers: your character's name and backstory, tone and communication style, Q&A training pairs (so the AI knows how to answer your most common questions), emoji preferences, PPV pitch aggressiveness, and custom conversation rules. The more detail you provide, the more accurate the AI's voice.

Two systems work together. The context window reads the last 50 messages before every reply (Pro plan), so the AI knows exactly what's been said. Fan Memory adds a persistent layer of long-term knowledge about the fan's interests and history. Together they prevent the AI from asking questions it already knows the answer to or revisiting topics already covered.

Chat strategies are conversation approaches the AI follows. Slow-burn builds an emotional connection before any pitch. VIP treatment makes every fan feel like your favourite. PPV-maximisation prioritises revenue opportunities at the right moments. Starter plan and above can also write fully custom strategy rules using plain language.

When the AI detects something it shouldn't handle — a request for custom content, a frustrated fan, or someone asking if they're talking to AI — it escalates automatically. Autopilot pauses for that fan and a flag appears in your dashboard with full context. You define exactly what triggers escalation, so you're always in control of what the AI handles and what reaches you.

FanWake automatically detects the language a fan is writing in and responds in that language. Ten languages are currently supported. You write your persona in your own language and the AI handles translation automatically.

Yes. You choose the approval mode: manual (every message queued for one-click approval from the dashboard or Telegram), threshold (auto-send for your most engaged fans, queue the rest), or full auto-send. You can switch modes at any time.

Privacy & Safety

Yes. FanWake is built on the official Fanvue API — the same integration channel Fanvue provides for authorized third-party tools. FanWake does not scrape, simulate browser sessions, or use any unofficial access method. The connection is OAuth-based: you authorize FanWake through Fanvue's own login screen.

FanWake reads your inbox messages to generate replies and reads the fan list to support re-engagement targeting. It does not access your payment information, financial data, or account settings. The OAuth token is scoped to only the permissions FanWake needs.

No. Your password never touches FanWake's servers. The OAuth flow means you log in directly on Fanvue's own screen, and Fanvue issues FanWake a scoped access token. FanWake stores only that token — not your credentials.

Yes, at any time. You can disconnect from the FanWake dashboard under Account Settings, or revoke the connection directly from Fanvue's connected apps panel. Revoking access immediately stops all automated activity.

FanWake's infrastructure is hosted in the EU. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Fan Memory and persona data are stored only in your account and are not shared with other creators or used to train AI models.
