Fan management

The Fans page gives you a view across your entire subscriber base and per-fan controls for every FanWake setting.

Fan list stats

The top of the Fans page shows aggregate counts:

Autopilot on

Fans with autopilot enabled (global or per-fan)

Fan filters

Awakened

Autopilot on

Autopilot enabled for this fan

VIP spenders

Fans with €100+ lifetime spend on Fanvue

Per-fan controls

Click any fan to open their drawer. Every setting here applies only to that fan and overrides the global configuration.

Toggles

Autopilot enabled

Turn autopilot on or off for this specific fan. If your global autopilot is off, this individual toggle also needs to be on for the fan to get autopilot replies.

RE enabled

Include or exclude this fan from re-engagement campaigns. If disabled, the fan will never receive an outbound RE message even if they meet all the criteria.

PPV pitch enabled

Allow or block PPV pitching for this fan. With pitching disabled, autopilot still handles the conversation fully — it just never introduces a paid content offer.

Text fields

Custom approach (autopilot prompt)

1,000 characters

Additional strategy instruction for this fan only. This overrides the global autopilot strategy for this fan. Use it when a specific fan needs a different approach: they're in a particular stage of a sequence, they have sensitivities the global strategy doesn't account for, or you want a specific upsell path.

Notes

No limit

Creator-only notes. Not visible to the AI and not included in any prompt. Use this as a personal reference — context you know about the fan that you don't want to forget: "Met at event", "Prefers longer messages", "Interested in custom video offer".

Memory

2,500 characters

The AI's fact record for this fan. Auto-maintained — the AI appends new facts after every reply. You can edit it to add context, correct errors, or pre-seed information for a new fan. The AI reads this before every reply and uses it to personalise the conversation.

PPV purchase history

The PPV Sales section in each fan's drawer shows which templates this fan has purchased through FanWake. The AI reads this list and will never pitch a template the fan already owns.

For purchases made before you started using FanWake (or via manual Fanvue messages), you can manually mark templates as purchased here. This prevents the AI from pitching content a fan already has and getting an awkward "I already bought that" reply.

VIP fans

A fan is tagged as VIP when their total gross spend on Fanvue reaches €100, or when manually set. VIP fans are always treated as "Engaged" stage regardless of message count — the AI uses its full relationship and revenue toolkit with them from the first message.

In threshold approval mode, VIP fans (high-spend fans) are auto-sent by default, depending on how you've set the spend threshold. If your threshold is €20 and a fan has spent €100, they're auto-sent.

RE status

Each fan's RE status shows where they are in the cycle:

Scheduled

First RE message is scheduled, not yet sent

Attempt 1 / 2 / 3

Message has been sent, waiting for fan reply

Completed

All 3 messages sent, fan did not reply

Awakened

Fan replied to a RE message — autopilot is now active
